Yes, we ship plants in the decorative pot that you have purchased. We want your experience to be as easy as possible. This way, all you have to do is unwrap your purchase and place it where you want! In rare occasions with large plants, we might package the pot separately for safer transit. When you unwrap your purchase, simply place the plant into the decorative pot. We match their sizes so it will fit perfectly.

The size of our pots range from 2” up to 7-8”. Each product description has detailed dimensions (height and width). We curate pots to match with the size and look of the plants so they will look perfect together!
Decorative pots often do not have drainage holes because it is a cleaner look and prevents any spillage onto the surface. As Master Gardeners, we understand that drainage is extremely important to the health of plants and this is why we use our 2-pot system. The 2-pot system consists of an inner grow pot (plastic) inside an outer decorative pot. This is the best of both worlds because it supports drainage as well as a beautiful look. In addition, it gives you the flexibility to easily swap plants between different decorative pots for an instant new look.
We package plants and wrap pots carefully and thoroughly to ensure safe transit. Our plants are ready-to-display because we repot them into the right sized pots so that they perfectly fit within your decorative pot. In cases where the decorative pot is especially heavy, we pack it separately inside the same box. In this case, simply place your plant into the decorative pot when you unwrap them. As people are unique individuals, so is each plant. Within the same variety, there are differences in height, width, etc. Each plant is unique and that’s part of their magic. We aim to ship plants that are as close to the plant sizes on the website as possible. If you have any concerns about your plant, please send us a photo (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we’ll be glad to help.
